Equipment Purchasing

The Bees Lacrosse Club is a 501c3 non-profit organization, which lets us make tax-free purchases with providers that recognize this status. We have a special arrangement with Sportstop.com that allows us to buy gear without paying sales tax. We want to share this benefit with our club members.

If you wish to order equipment through our tax-free account, we will handle the purchase for you. To request gear, please complete the Google sheet linked below, making sure to include all necessary details so we get your items right. Payment should be sent via Venmo.

To streamline the process, we'll place orders on specific dates, gathering everyone’s requests and submitting them together rather than individually. Sportstop.com requires a minimum purchase of $99 to qualify for free shipping, so we’ll aim for at least that total with each group order.

Our first order date will be 11/24/25—to try out this system—and if it works smoothly, we'll schedule another group order before Christmas on 12/12/25.
